Learn how to sew, make, repair or alter clothes in one of our sewing classes or courses in Hampshire.
All classes are taught by me, Wendy Turner, a highly experienced and degree-qualified textile artist, pattern cutter, and educator, who has worked with some of the biggest names in the fashion industry.
From beginners sewing courses, refresher sewing classes, pattern cutting courses or longer multi-day courses, I offer a wide variety of topics to help you on your sewing journey, and give you the confidence to create any clothes, soft furnishings, or creative project you desire.
MEET WENDY
Having worked for over 30 years in both the fashion industry and higher education, I have a wealth of technical and creative knowledge to offer professionals and budding crafters alike.
I am a highly experienced, creative pattern cutter and garment technologist, most used to working alongside designers to accurately interpret their original design sketches into accurate working patterns and toiles. I also have an extensive knowledge of cutting techniques using flat or 3D methods, and a comprehensive knowledge of garment construction.
